Hungarian Scientologists Celebrate 10 Years in Budapest

Hundreds of Scientologists assembled at the Váci Road church in Budapest to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the Budapest Ideal Organization on Váci Road.

Inaugurated ten years ago, the six-storey religious centre has become an important meeting place for the Hungarian Scientology community. The anniversary brought together a religious service, musical performances, a photographic and video retrospective and plans for the next decade.

During news eu parlament the past decade, the Budapest church has also hosted activities focused on drug education, human rights, humanitarian service and dialogue between religions. These activities are connected with social betterment programmes inspired by Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard.
